Invoicing Clerk
India
Engage2Excel group is looking for a professionally-dynamic person to join our Finance & Accounting Team in Canada. We offer a creative and enthusiastic work environment to encourage the open exchange of ideas and forward-thinking initiatives.
Invoicing Clerk Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process JDE Invoicing batches for various E2E Group divisions
- Process various ad hoc reports and jobs, including processing customs and duties, cleaning up freight issue
- Work to resolve invoicing issues as they arise, ensure invoicing proofs are being approved and cleared
- Overall ownership to drive an efficient invoicing process, focusing on timeliness and accuracy
- Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date
- Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
- Handling clients' account queries.
- Initiating new procedures for billing.
Performance Competencies / Criteria:
- Quality of work; Response Time Management/Priorities
- Quality interactions with internal and external contacts
- Efficiency in daily operations; attention to details
Requirements
- JDE Experience is a plus
- Invoicing experience preferred
- Attention to detail and process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software.
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
