Implementation Coordinator

Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic management person to join our Implementation team in the Montreal area. We are always on the lookout for motivated candidates who enjoy working within a collaborative environment in order to maximize effectiveness. In this position, you will work closely with clients and other departments to implement E2E’s Professional Recognition software solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES:
- Creates, Reviews and amends Account Spec Forms to ensure that customer requirements are clearly and specifically documented
- Acts as the subject matter expert during all implementation phases, from launch strategy to user acceptance testing and Go Live
- Manages deviations from the Account Spec Forms throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation of product defects, change requests, and requests for enhancements
- Works closely with Project Management around the implementation schedule to ensure that the implementation is completed on time, within budget, and within scope

WHAT TO BRING TO THE TABLE.
- Education: Associate Degree in a related field of study
- Experience: Two years experience with software related project management, process implementation and/or client interaction in a similar field
- Communicates effectively (oral & written), especially with customers
- Outstanding customer service skills: accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity, and mutual learning
- Documents work items with specificity, clarity, and purpose
- Problem solves to propose alternative solutions when existing product capabilities do not support customer needs.
- Communicates and manages risks to ensure successful implementations
- Ability to multi-task; Prioritizes work to meet deadlines. Time-management/ Organization skills;
- Works calmly under pressure; high degree of tact and diplomacy with customers
- You demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and a flexible approach;
- Language: French and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (7.5 hours per day)
