We provide initial and ongoing training on our products, technology and processes. Initially, you'll shadow another PM who will serve as a mentor, but you'll also have the opportunity to leverage the knowledge of the team. You'll have the opportunity to get your hands on some things early on and, once you're comfortable, have the autonomy to own your projects from beginning to end. At the same time, support is available when needed.
We are growing both organically and through acquisitions. In fact, at Rideau, we've had our best year ever and are just entering our busiest season. There's are a lot of interesting projects, unique client needs and intriguing challenges to keep you motivated and engaged.
