Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our HR team in the Montreal area. You will coordinate all aspects of recruitment, staffing and human resources administrative operations in our rapidly changing environment for our Canadian division. You will serve as the first point of contact with employees. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our training and workforce development programs. You will also be involved in administrative support with regards to administration and management of our HR systems, reports and metrics.
  1. Manage the recruitment and selection process of a talented pool for our Engage2Excel Canadian division. This includes job postings, pre-selections, interviews, background checks, job offers and onboarding.
  2. Perform administrative duties (including the management of employee files) using the ADP Workforce Now and other HR related systems.
  3. Coordinate the management of organizational training development programs and initiatives. Handle all H&S requests (Personal Protective equipment material).
  4. Work in collaboration with payroll for any changes (hiring, departure, transfers, etc.);
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of local HR initiatives. Help us drive the adoption of HR policies and practices and educate managers accordingly.
  6. Participate as required with internal, external, and government controls and audits
  7. Identify ongoing improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
