About the role
Engage2Excel is actively looking for a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will conduct various financial analysis and statistical studies, analyze monthly reports and do variance analysis. You will assist the Director FP&A in preparing management information at month end and year-end. Other responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting process and ad hoc projects as required. The position may include other administrative duties.

- Monthly reporting cycle
- Monhtly Business review reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Perform other specific financial analysis upon requests
- May assist in other special projects / duties and perform other administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Verbal and written communication skills; Customer oriented
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to work quickly to produce a high-quality product. Ability to effectively work under pressure
- At least part Certified Accountant/Equivalent to university degree (BAC), familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within his/her environment
- In-house systems (JDE, Great Plains Dynamics, Tableau Vena) experience
- To display solid intellectual and problem solving capabilities, Analysis & Synthesis
- Decision Making/Judgment; Initiative,Innovation/Creativity & Team work
- Ability to multi task; Time management / Organizational skills
- Attention to details; excellent data review and strong Analytical skills
- Computer literacy, specifically MS Excel
