• Strong computer software skills including:
  • Tableau required
  • High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with JDEdwards preferred

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will take on and build the FP&A Manager role by first learning what's in place, including all current reporting, understanding how we're using it, then leveraging those reporting streams and adding new data to better inform business decisions. Initially, you will be an individual contributor, but bring on two remote analysts in short order who will help you move the function forward. In addition to your team, you'll work closely with the wider Finance team including the Director of Financial Reporting and a Senior Manager -- an FP&A peer. • Understanding the various systems across the group and the reporting capabilities of those systems, as well as building out the current reporting matrix.
• Leveraging diverse sources of data (Tableau, JDEdwards, Excel, Dynamics, etc.) and cross-functional teams to assess financial performance, and consolidate and recommend action plans to achieve the company’s long-term strategies. Quick question for you - click here
• Identifying business functional drivers and developing methodologies to support in-depth analysis and decision-making.
• Providing insightful financial analysis and strategic insight (presenting to your supervisor, the CFO, and/or cross-functional teams) and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Adding and managing a team of two remote analysts in India to do deeper dive analysis on gross margin, customer-specific analysis, FP&A dashboards, etc.
• Finding ways to improve the efficiency and timeliness of FP&A reporting, automate where possible and allow for more real-time reporting for use in business decisions.
• Maintaining the integrity of financial information, ensuring that all reporting across the group reconciles and maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability
