Job Purpose

Engage2Excel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Level I to join a growing team for a North Carolina-based provider of talent acquisition, employee engagement, recognition, sales incentives and consumer loyalty solutions and services. The Marketing Coordinator Level I will assist and support the marketing team by conceptualizing, writing and proofing of content across our website, email campaigns and social media accounts, including the management of translations to support a French/Canadian audience. This is a full-time position and will report to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities 
•    Support the marketing and sales departments’ initiatives with content creation for email, event, social media, or content marketing. 
•    Coordinate event or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
•    Support video, webinar and other digital initiatives within the department. Including moderating live events as needed and post editing tasks.
•    Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing and sales channels, ensuring consistent voice and SEO best practices for copywriting. 
•    Assist with developing content for blogs, brochures and public relations efforts. 
•    Manage the administrative tasks for translations of marketing content as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications 
•    Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Or at least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communication related position, preferably within the HCM industry.
•    Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
•    Firm grasp on various marketing platforms and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
•    Must be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
•    Bring a high level of creativity - since you’ll need to create memorable promotions and engaging content regularly, you can’t be the type to wait for inspiration to strike; you must be able to think imaginatively all the time.
•    Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery deadlines

Preferred requirements 
•    Ability to read/write in French
•    Google Analytics acumen; ability to read, report and make educated recommendations based on findings
•    CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
•    Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop, or other tools like Canva
•    Certification in HubSpot and/or any other special requirements
