- Support cutting edge technology and the ongoing evolution of our pioneering Career Experience Suite (CXS) platform as you lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, buyers, users and others.
- Play a critical role at an industry leader in the recognition and rewards space and impact the lives of countless employees as you develop the product roadmap. You'll reimagine work in the post-pandemic world, and consider how we should influence, partner and build to continue growing our market leadership position.
- Get into the mind of the user and rising employee expectations as you focus on value-add features and scalability that will take the platform to the next level.
- Report directly to the President, an expert in the human capital space who has an HR, product management and marketing background. You'll enjoy autonomy and support and an outstanding culture where we apply our expertise to deliver a rewarding, fulfilling and fun workplace for our employees.
You can choose to
work remotely or onsite in Montreal, Chicago or North Charlotte. Travel is expected to be 15% or less. The majority of the development team is located in Montreal.
