You can choose to work remotely or onsite in Montreal, Chicago or North Charlotte. Travel is expected to be 15% or less. The majority of the development team is located in Montreal.

As Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for our award-winning Career Experience Suite (CXS) platform. You will lead the Product Management Team, currently including two product owners and a business analyst, and work closely with Product Development, initially focusing on the software that powers employee recognition and reward programs. You'll leverage your technical knowledge, such as experience working with scrum teams, to inform your efforts, but this is not an IT role. You'll prioritize what goes into the roadmap and develop a high-level vision that will take us into the future. Specifically, you will:

• Own the product roadmap based on a priority matrix ensuring that what is built matters to our customers and the company
• Present the product direction and roadmap updates to the Board of Directors, customers, and evaluators to create excitement internally and externally
• Represent the customer and collect voice-of-customer feedback
• Research industry trends to see the future and regularly meets with industry analysts to get their perspectives and validation
• Study the competition, document the Intel, and use the insights to inform the product direction

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in Canada or the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Vice President of Product Management opportunity, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience managing people

• Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) products

Desired, but not required qualifications:

• Experience interacting with buyers of Human Resources software
• Product Management and/or Product Marketing certifications
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies; experience working with scrum teams
• Usability testing experience
• Product pricing experience
• Product marketing expertise
