Engage2Excel is actively looking for a professionally-dynamic person to join our Professional Technical Service in the Bagalore area. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for learning and using the platform’s proprietary tools to maintain and implement rewards programs and custom solutions to facilitate them. You will receive training on the platform and its proprietary interfaces as well as help establish processes for increased efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES:
- Perform analysis, design, testing and implementation of solutions using Kademi platform’s proprietary interface technology.
- Leverage experience in front end technologies to implement comprehensive solutions commensurate with existing functionality and architecture.
- Provide platform research and support activities as prioritized by product owners
- Implement or enhance integrations with 3rd party systems
- Create software solutions that are based on an understanding of product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with peers, product owners, and management to estimate, prioritize, develop, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
- Create and maintain documentation to assist with efficient resolution to common or repeat tasks
- Contribute as a reliability engineer; establishing code standards, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and finding ways to limit the amount of future support effort required

WHAT TO BRING TO THE TABLE.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Self-starter, desire to learn new technology and establish processes
- 2+ years of front-end programming concepts and technologies (HTML, JavaScript, LESS, Bootstrap, JQuery, AJax)
- 2+ years of web-based development with highly dynamic capabilities
- Experience with server-side templating
- Experience with nodeJS and creating controllers
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, data imports/exports and related data manipulation and accompanying business logic
