Job Purpose
The Omni Assembler position is a manual handling, labor intensive job. An Omni Assembler will work in a team to put together length of service presentation materials.  Duties include but are not limited to assembly of crystal towers, brass statues; load, unload and receive containers; perform quality inspection; reject, accept or repair; use a variety of materials based on design specifications and assembly line methods; use hand and power tools. 

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
Assemble brochures and sort according to packet slips.
Affix plates with hand and power tools.
Load and unload product.
Identify defective materials or questionable conditions and take action to correct them.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Flexible to work in all of the various job-related categories.


Qualifications
Good knowledge of field concepts and practices within unit
Good knowledge of company policies, procedures relevant to the unit
Good knowledge of business rules and procedures within unit
Verbal communication skills; Partnering; Ability to work with a team
Ability to multi task; Attention to details
Decision Making and Problem Solving skills a must
Good hand-eye coordination; Aptitude for “hands-on” manufacturing related work
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
Flexible with hours, some overtime will be needed.

Ability to work in the warehouse during all seasons of the year.

Physical Requirements
Lifting boxes of up to 50 lbs, standing the entire work day, repetitious movement with hands. Good eye sight and eye hand coordination.
