Framing Assembly is essential to delivering the final product our clients and their recipients see and experience. As a Framing Assembler, you will ensure every piece is accurately assembled, clean, and presentation‑ready, helping maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.
Your Impact
You will play a critical role in producing high-quality framed products, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every step.
- Pull and stage required components (frames, glass, backing, prints, hardware) based on work orders and BOM instructions
- Assemble frames and presentation products with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect materials to identify defects such as scratches, damage, or imperfections
- Ensure finished products are clean and presentation‑ready
- Follow standard assembly procedures and quality standards
- Handle delicate materials safely (glass and frames)
- Confirm order accuracy before passing to the next stage
- Perform additional tasks as required

You’ll succeed if you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years in an assembly or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Ability to follow written instructions and BOMs accurately

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent hand use for detailed assembly tasks
