About the Position
Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Contact Center Team as Customer Service Agent. The candidate must reside in Canada. We are always on the lookout for motivated team members who enjoy providing quality customer service in addition to ideas with a collaborative environment to maximize effectiveness! Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers, receiving and processing requests based on designated program specifications via phone and/or our ticketing systems.
- Interact with customers to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about their accounts, orders, websites, products, shipping instructions, and more.
- Coordinate shipment and returns.
- May perform other clerical duties such as writing letters, printing, filling and folding, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6 months to one year experience in a customer service environment;
- Ability in common business applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to multi-task;
Languages:
- French and English are a must(The candidate needs to have excellent English communication as she/he will be dealing with clients within & outside of Quebec)
