About the role
Engage2Excel is looking for a Production Team Lead/Puller in order to coordinate the assembly of orders and oversees/assists with order assembly. To conduct quality checks for all orders and supervises the component assembly of all products. We are always on the lookout for motivated team members who enjoy providing quality customer service in addition to ideas with a collaborative environment to maximize effectiveness!
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Serves as the point of contact for Account Managers to handle any changes (name, address, date, etc.) for open orders. Checks and reports status of open orders.
Coordinates with the Department Manager on production schedule demands and visibility of overtime or additional staffing needs.
Arranges the pulling and staging of orders. Prints packing slips & labels for orders.
Coordinates the pre-assembly of components. Assigns orders to individuals or teams to ensure that components are ready in time for assembly of orders.
Maintains the Schedule. Moves status of orders on schedule and has accountability to see that all orders ship on time. Works with Department Manager to discuss delays and overtime needs, and with Digital Printing to see that orders are flowing to floor in time for pre-assembly and assembly.

Employee will sit for approximately 4+ hours per day and stand or walk for 4+ hours per day.
Employee will use a computer and keyboard throughout the day.
Employee will need to maintain mental and visual alertness at all times.
Employee will need the physical ability to maintain and operate several production machines (shipping stations, air bubble machine, packaging machine, binder, shrink wrapper, postage machine, copier, printer).
Employee will lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
