About the position
Engage2Excel is looking for a senior clerk. You will be responsible for serving as the main administrative support for the distribution department and providing general administrative support to the Customer Services Program Manager.
As part of your main responsibilities, you must:
- Perform general manual work tasks including loading, unloading, and moving products.
- Assist or be responsible for the verification, preparation and printing of internal (daily) orders for customers based on specific rules and characteristics. Respect shipping deadlines.
- Receive, verify, process (send), and track customer gift cards, emails, emails, brochures, labels, certificates, return kits, and other ad hoc projects.
- Take appropriate action based on customer phone calls and emails regarding points, orders, contests, and/or other general information.
- Perform other office tasks as required, such as data entry, research, program reports for a specific client, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in this field.
- Ability to manage large volumes, fluctuating workloads, and multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- High school, plus 1 year of other studies (administration)
Experience and ability to use common business applications (Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook) and internal systems (RCA/SA, RPA), scanner.
Language:
- Bilingual (junior level) - French and English.
- A basic knowledge of English is required as you will be working with clients abroad and in different regions of Canada.
