About the role

Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Client Services Team in Bangalore on a Temporary Assignment for a period of six(6) months. We are always on the lookout for motivated candidates who enjoy providing quality customer service in addition to ideas with a collaborative environment to maximize effectiveness. We rely on open-minded individuals, who will bring value to our organization. 
 
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Assisting customers, receiving and processing requests based on designated program specifications via phone and/or our ticketing systems.
  2. Interact with customers to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about their accounts, orders, websites, products, shipping instructions, and more.
  3. Coordinate shipment and returns.
  4. May perform other clerical duties such as writing letters, printing, filling and folding, etc.
