About the role
The E2E group is looking for a JD Edwards Developer. The JD Edwards Developer is a key role within Information Technology Services with the responsibility of working with the technical and functional team. In support of the Financial/Manufacturing JD Edwards application. This position will be involved in application deployments, operational processes including on-call support, policies, and standards to support the needs of our clients’ internal and external customers. This position also provides production support by analyzing, programming, testing, and deploying solutions to complex production problems as well as correcting data in critical situations. This resource must be enthusiastic with the ability to be self-guided and take charge of all aspects of the JD Edwards system.
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:
- E1 Security Principals – Proficient with JDE E1 Security setup and maintenance Users/Roles/Security/etc.
- E1 Fat Client Development Toolset – Proficient with E1 tools
- Modify existing version of JDE Applications and Jobs
- Create new version of JDE Applications and Jobs
- E1 Orchestrator skill set
- E1 Job scheduling
- Familiar with CNC setup and associated System administration functionalities
- E1 Report writing
- Modify existing version of JDE Reports
- Create new version of JDE Reports
- Knowledge of FormScape toolset

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS/BIS, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience working with JDEdwards
- JDE 9.0 and above
- Strong SQL Database skills
- Proven ability to analyze and understand existing processes and code.
- Troubleshooting capabilities with knowledge of JDE debugging tools.
- Proficiency in JDE General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Vertex and an understanding of how modules interact with each other
- Ability to be self-guided and take charge with minimal supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Critical and Innovative thinking
- Attention to detail
