Custom Orders Coordinator

About the role
We’re looking for a Custom Orders Coordinator. You will be responsible for administration of custom orders for the Engage2Excel Canada Boutique account(s) and Engage2Excel US manufacturing. You will be required to efficiently work with our internal and external customers to fulfill customs orders, assist in maintaining and nurturing client long-term business partnership while identifying opportunities to provide additional services and support & participate in the establishment of customers’ current and future needs. As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:
- Perform data entry on Boutique orders
- Provide client service for boutique order over the phone and through emails
- Keep track of order progress and follow-ups
- Support the Engraving department with engraving file creation and modification.
- Creation of work orders
- Orders troubleshooting, returns and replacements
- Customer service – internal and external clients
- Various administrative tasks as requested by the General Manager and the Manufacturing Director

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of related experience required
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within his/her environment
- College degree in merchandising or related fields
- Experience and ability in common business applications (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel) and in-house systems (RCA, Dynamics)
- Basic knowledge of field’s concepts and practices within his/her unit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Language:
Bilingual (intermediate level)- English language is required as you will be dealing with our Custom Orders from our US division.
