Client Support Coordinator

This position's primarily responsibility is to support a team of three Client Service Managers in taking care of a group of critical programs. The tasks will range from second-level customer escalations to invoicing to working on special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to second level escalations/inquiries flagged by contact center in a timely manner.
Clearly communicates new incoming issues with internal client service team that require resolution strategy.
Manages day-to-day functions that are required for program(s).
Updates any program documentation that is in need of being updated due to adjustments within program.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent English communicator (The candidate needs to speak and write English excellently as he/she will be dealing with external clients in the US)
Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Client-focused
Very well organized and energetic
