Program Manager

This position is primarily responsible for managing a critical program by being a point-of-contact for escalations coming in from client and other HR contacts. Building strong relationships with these external actors is a key strategy required to deliver a successful program.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to escalations/inquiries in a timely manner.
Works with all internal teams to troubleshoot and resolves issues impacting program or its customers.
Manages weekly client meetings with takeaways that require to be actioned.
Prepares and presents quarterly SLAs with client.
Guides client service support team in helping deliver a successful program.
Ensures program documentation is updated with any changes occurring in program.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent English communicator (The candidate needs to speak and write English excellently as he/she will be dealing with external clients in the US)
Strong working knowledge in Excel - good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
