OMNI Assembler
NC, Statesville
The OMNI Assembler position is a manual handling, labor intensive job. A OMNI Assembler will work in a team to put together length of service presentation materials. Perform assembly of crystal towers, brass statues; load, unload and receive containers; perform quality inspection; reject, accept or repair; use a variety of materials based on design specifications and assembly line methods; use hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Hand and power tools will be used to affix plates
- Lift boxes 50lbs or less to load and unload product
- Identify defective materials or questionable conditions and take action to correct them
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Flexible to work in all of the various job-related categories
- Assemble brochures and sort according to packet slips
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of field’s concepts and practices within his/her unit
- Good knowledge of company policies, procedures relevant to the unit
- Good knowledge of business rules and procedures within unit

- Flexible with hours, some overtime will be needed
