About the Position

Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Contact Center team to fill a position for a Full Time job. The candidate must reside in Canada. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  1. Assisting customers, receiving and processing requests based on designated program specifications via phone and/or our ticketing systems.
  2. Interact with customers to provide information and/or technical assistance in response to inquiries about their accounts, orders, websites, products, shipping instructions, and more.
  3. Coordinate shipment and returns.
  4. May perform other clerical duties such as writing letters, printing, filling and folding, etc.
