Client Services Manager(Program Manager)

About the Job
Engage2Excel is looking for a Client Services Manager(Program Manager). You will be the front-line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day-to-day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely with the exception of training(onsite).
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
- Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
- Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
- Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non-responders, manager/recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
- Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Associates degree; 4-year college degree highly desired and/or a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- To be in constant contact with customers, sales reps and other departments furnishing or obtaining information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
