About the role
Engage2excel is seeking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will be responsible for the receivables processes related to cash application of premiums and direct bill receipts, timely discrepancy resolution, aged receivable analysis, and preparation of reports as needed.
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:
- Research, reconcile and post cash receipts daily as received.
- Generates and coordinates client weekly reporting & maintain system records
- Review and organize collection workload according to degree and amount of delinquency to effectively collect past due balances.
- Strategically work with clients in collecting and processing payments, and works closely with internal departments and sales team to resolve any billing issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field, or 2-3 years’ experience in credit/collections
- Proficient with MS office suite and internet
- Data accuracy and confidentiality
