Implementation Consultant
NC, MA or Remote
Job Purpose
The Implementation consultant will work closely with clients and other departments to implement E2E’s Employee Engagement Survey, Recognition, and Length of Service software programs
Key Responsibilities &
Authorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects for small and enterprise clients
- Ensures timeline delivery of all project tools
- Build a solid relationship with the client and ensures their overall satisfaction with delivery and configuration of our technology
- Coordinate client and internal team meetings and monitor the progress of the projects
- Creates, Reviews and amends documentation to ensure that customer requirements are clearly and specifically documented
- Acts as the subject matter expert during all implementation phases, from launch strategy to user acceptance testing and Go Live
- Manages deviations from the documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation of product defects, change requests, and requests for enhancements
- Works closely with Project Management around the implementation schedule to ensure that the implementation is completed within budget and scope
- Responsible for implementing any new programs for existing clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a related field of study
- Two years’ experience in software related project management or equivalent;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience with software related project management, process implementation and/or client interaction in a similar field.
