The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating effectively with members of product management and software development teams while ensuring that user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing procedures are accurate. Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing procedures are accurate per feature
- Partner with the offering product manager and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define feature requests
- Work with the business to prioritize the backlog in accordance with the company’s governance process
- Drive communication between the product development and business teams utilizing various Scrum ceremonies
- Promote continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by the product manager
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a product owner, business analyst, QA specialist or similar role
- Experience in a platform and/or device-driven environment, especially e-commerce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with at least two (2) years of experience communicating with cross-functional departments and teams
- Experience using Jira, Azure Devops, Microsoft Teams or similar tools
- Knowledge of Enterprise software practices and an understanding of Cloud-based offerings
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product Owner certification
- Experience with consumer loyalty programs
- Intermediate-level project management experience
- Understanding of product management
- Pragmatic Marketing certification
