Job Purpose
Responsible for ordering all custom products on demand and replenishment of stock inventory for OMNI fulfillment.  Works with vendors to ensure products are received on time.    Processes all purchase orders or manual work orders for components needed for each job.  Handles sales rep sample orders and customer samples orders.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
1.  Run daily reports to determine inventory needs for custom-specific inventory per data demands.  Checks inventory levels of stock products to ensure mid/max is appropriate and reorders products as minimums are reached.    Sets min/max and changes based on usage.  
2.  Processes all purchase orders and manual work orders for components.
3.  Works with warehouse personnel to replenish stock and check accuracy on items that are being received.  Ensures that inspections are done on all new products and China products.  
4.  Purchases bulk material for the digital print department.
5.  Works with vendors to obtain best price available for products; check order status and follow up with vendors to ensure products are received in time for OMNI to fulfill orders by ship dates.  
6.  Processes sample orders (boxes, packets, etc) from sales reps and customers.  Works with digital printing on print components & works with OMNI on fulfillment of orders.  
7.  Coordinates with the Omni team leads and Manager on product availability; shortages; and any delay in products from vendors to determine client expectations and if replacement products should be researched, or communicate delays to Account Managers.  Attends daily production meetings to discuss scheduling.  
8.  Contact for all sales reps for collateral materials; new omni pages, and marketing materials.  Responsible for pulling products, shipping and inventory adjustments.  Documents products shipped for JDE invoicing.  

Qualifications
• Preferred Qualifications: 
o Minimum high school diploma
o Familiarity with JD Edwards
o Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, telephone
o Good verbal and written skills

Primarily 40 hours per week with possible overtime
