Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for direct client contact and support of projects for clients/programs including: creating project requirement documents, projects plans and timelines, working with the sales team to develop and execute marketing and program growth plans, following up on schedules, data management, training documents and keeping the client and sales representative informed of changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects/programs from design to development to production
- Proactively manage current client relationships at all levels of the organization in order to achieve solution objectives and grow sales revenue
- Work in a fast-paced, structured environment and be a team-oriented & company-oriented individual
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals & milestones and implement adjustments as needed
- Identify opportunities to maintain and increase revenues through new solutions within the team
- Understand the client profile including: industry knowledge, vision, mission, core values, demographics and psychographics, including customer goals, objectives, culture and personal needs
- Provide leadership to the team by helping junior team members navigate complex situation and helping identify process improvement areas.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Education/Experience preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of strategic/client account management and development within the service industry, with particular emphasis in incentive or eCommerce programs
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Minimum of 3 years client-facing experience
- Experience working with IT Department is a plus
