Product Manager/Director- URE
NY, White Plains
The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating effectively with members of product management, software development and sales teams while demonstrating superior product leadership to solve market challenges. Experience in agile and lean delivery methodologies is desired. You will be confident in setting direction and priorities and will be accountable for driving commercial results. Experience in managing a team of Program Managers and Customer Service personnel.
- Own the execution of the URE offering strategy for sales incentives and recognition market segment
- Analyze market opportunities via feedback from industry analysts, existing customers, prospects, and potential evaluators and help prioritize new and revised features and functionality within the offering
- Outline competitors’ SWOT, feature differences, and market impact
- Gather and write product requirements and then break down those requirements into user stories
- Negotiate with development regarding release capacity, making the necessary trade-offs between capability and schedule
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Solutions and other team members such as sales, program managers, business analysts, developers (internal and third party), creative and reward portfolio resources to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions
- Conduct end-to-end testing of all new or enhanced product features and create user documentation
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback as needed
- Manage Program Management and Customer Service requirements and staff of the URE, including the implementation strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, profitability and team member development - along with actively managing customer satisfaction through analysis of customer feedback, scrutiny of performance metrics, budget, and improvement of customer service systems and processes. May include acting as an active back-up for both Program Management and Customer Service, as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a product manager
- Experience managing a team of client service professionals, providing leadership for the division
- Experience in a platform and/or device-driven environment, especially e-commerce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise software practices and an understanding of Cloud-based offerings
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales incentives and/or recognition and engagement programs
- Experience in organizations with an indirect sales channel, selling through value-added resellers
- Experience working with end-customers
- Knowledge and implementation of Design Thinking
- Ability to troubleshoot and tackle client issues
- Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed-upon timelines
- Manage the administration of client requests
